CHRISTMAS ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
Due to our Christmas closure, we will not be despatching orders on the 24th, 25th & 31st of DECEMBER 2015, or on FRIDAY 1st JANUARY 2016.
As we all know, couriers and domestic postal services are exceptionally busy during this period. Please bear this in mind as goods may take a little longer to get delivered over the festive season.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and wish you a very happy and healthy 2017.

Returning Unwanted Items
If you are returning a product to us, please make sure you have satisfied all of the following requirement;
1) You have spoken to or corresponded with a customer services representative. You can do this by email at email@example.com or 561-353-9086.
2) You have stated your order number in your communication with us (i.e. 300000…) and a reason for the return.
3) All returns should be in the original packaging with all items included (e.g.: cables, manuals) unless agreed in writing. Items received incomplete will not be given a refund.
4) All return requests must be submitted within 45 days of purchase.
If your request is valid, we will issue a Return Authorization number and give you directions for shipping the product back. Once received back in the warehouse, we will refund the price of the item.
The returning of goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to insure the items appropriately. We will not be responsible for items damaged during transit back to us. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
