Refunds & Returns

Returning Unwanted Items

All returns to Go Travel will need to go through the proper RMA (Returns Merchant Agreement) procedure in order to obtain at Goods Return Number, (GRN).  No refunds can be issued without the issue of a GRN.

If you are returning a product to us, please make sure you have satisfied all of the following requirement;

1) You have spoken to or corresponded with a customer services representative or a member of the technical support team (applies to fault issues).
2) Completed all sections of the form with instructions. (Product Reference Number (found by the barcode on the packaging), reason for return and invoice number)
3) Obtain a GRN number.  This can be obtained by emailing or phoning us and shall be issued after the RMA form has been submitted. Please note that once a GRN number has been issued it is only valid for 7 days.  Returns received after that day may not guarantee a refund or replacement.
4) All returns should be in the original format in which it was supplied with all items included (e.g.: cables, manuals) unless agreed in writing.  Items that are received incomplete shall be held for up to 28 days or may be returned to the customer at their expense.

The returning of goods is the responsibility of the customer.  You are advised to insure the items appropriately.  We will not be responsible for items damaged during transit back to us.  If we have accepted carriage costs in writing due to any reason, you can only use Royal Mail (Recorded or Special depending on insurance) and Parcel Force Standard Service (items over 1Kg) with adequate insurance only.  A copy of receipt should also be included in the package.
